As a manufacturer based in a purpose-build production unit in Luton, we are able to offer a totally integrated service to homeowners and architects Рfrom start to finish. For over 20 years we have fitted thousands of high quality products across Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Harpenden, St Albans, Letchworth, Stevenage  and beyond. When investing in new windows, doors and conservatories it is important that you we can provide complete peace of mind through the whole process so please take time to read our customer testimonials taken from our post-installation questionnaires. Full written copies are available to view at our office. We understand that purchasing new windows, doors or a conservatory is a major decision, but our experienced team can help through the whole process to make it easy and stress-free. Here’s a quick guide to our services.

Get in touch

Once you have been inspired by our gallery then contact us and we can arrange our customer service manager to visit you at your home to discuss the options available. They will also be able to advise you on any other important information such as whether you need planning consent and guide you through all the extra services and options we offer such as installation of electrics, heating, flooring, glass colour etc. Once our customer service manager has completed the 'discovery phase' they will summarise your requirements and send a written quotation for your consideration.

We'll conduct a full survey

Once you have confirmed your order, one of our experience team will visit your home to do an extensive onsite survey and we will prepare a full scope including CAD drawing for all conservatory orders. We can then start process of beginning to manufacture your bespoke windows, doors or conservatory.

Schedule/installation

Once you have agreed the specification we will schedule your project in and begin the manufacturing process. We will advise you of the lead time and agree an installation date to suit you. All our projects will be completed by our experienced team - including installers, tilers, builders and qualified/registered electricians and central heating engineers (if applicable).

In the unlikely event of a breakage during installation or a mis-measurement, we will always respond immediately and start and emergency remake as soon as it is requested, usually achieving a same-day delivery.

After sales

Once your windows, door(s) or conservatory has been fitted our customer service team will issue you with the guarantees for all aspects of the installation including a 10 year product guarantee, 5 year installation guarantee and manufacturer's guarantees on all fittings/accessories such as locks, conservatory heaters/air conditioning etc.

Your Alpen products are designed to be low maintenance and provide you with many years of trouble-free service. If you have any issues once fitted we are able to provide a prompt service call or products which are in or out of guarantee* and install a suitable replacement.

* For products/installations which are out of guarantee will incur our standard service call fee.
